Mercy Takuwa
She works as a Biomedical engineer at Makerere Biomedical Research Centre and volunteers as a teaching assistant at Makerere University. She is also a part time teaching assistant at Ernest Cook Ultrasound Research Education and Innovation. She is currently pursuing a masters degree in Immunology and Clinical Microbiology at Makerere University. Her research interest is in innovation and development of diagnostics for diseases in low resource settings and product translation.
