Associate Professor Noah Kiwanuka
He is a Professor of Infectious Diseases Epidemiology, and is the founder and Director of the Makerere University CTU. Over the years, he has designed and conducted observational cohort studies, randomized clinical trials and community-based cluster randomized trials at phase 1, 2 and 3 levels. He has done RCTs of various interventions including behavioral, surgical, medicines, investigational HIV vaccines, and investigational medical devices.
